    Exercise - The Ultimate Anti-Depressant

    I do, but believe it or not I only use it a couple of times a week to lift weights. Otherwise, I use the showers - we are near to great trails/streets to run, bike, etc. - so the best of both worlds for me. Of course, being a 10 minute drive / 15 minute bike ride from work doesn't hurt either!! :alf:
