I think part of my problem is that my goals have always been too high--I feel great and I overdue it, making plans that, when I look at them in hindsight, would be plans for serious athletes. Which I always wished I was/could be.
So this time I will be more realistic, meaning I will have my hard workout days but ...
1. I won't write up work out plans too far ahead of time. I will have a loose idea and then I will see how I'm feeling that day
2. I will be more varied with the exercise I do
3. If I'm not feeling great or am tired I will count the bike ride to school or the walk to work -- and if I'm holed up at home, I will at least walk around the block or stretch out on my yoga mat.
I will do some form of exercise each and every day and write it down here. My goal for myself for this month of July. Just to try it out and see if anything in my life changes.
