Dice and par boil carrots.
In one big pan sautee the chopped onions, garlic and celery.
Throw in the beans, tinned toms, tomato puree, vegetable stock, carrots.
Add soy sauce or miso paste to taste.
Simmer until everything is cooked.
Pour all the ingredients into an oven dish.
Boil and mash the potatoes.
Spread mash over ingredients in the oven dish
Add a sprinkle of grated cheese on top if you like.
Bake/grill for a few minutes until the mash starts to brown a little.
