Mix about a tablespoon each of mayo, sour cream, red onion and dill. Add a handful of prawns. Make the toast, put this mix on it - decorate with a slice of lemon and maybe a sprig of dill if you feel like it - serve with a big glass of ice water with lime or lemon in.
