    Low Carb Chili

    Brown the meat and drain (depending on how lean your beef...I use chuck or sirloin), add the chopped onions, pepper, mushrooms, garlic and saute until fragrant. Season with S&P, chili powder, cinnamon and ss (sugar substitute)...sprinkle with Worchestershire...add canned tomatoes and sauce...let it come to a boil, then cover and simmer for 20 min. or longer...serve with shredded cheese and a dollop of greek yogurt or sour cream! Enjoy!!!

      I hope you enjoy it as much as we do! I forgot to add, you can add a can of black soybeans if you can find them. With the fiber, they have very few carbs. I haven't found them yet, but I suspect I could find them here, with a little more searching (health food store, or one of the more well-stocked supermarkets, or even Walmart).
