When my daughter is home, she won't let me drink without giving me a whole lot of Hell, but she is working tonight. Took my supps, have a nice plan for the day. Ohhh, Sea... I don't even know where to begin! I guess you are saying that you keep alcohol in the house... and your daughter is in charge of "letting" you drink it, nor not? And you don't have a plan for tonight, which is the time you were worried about, and you are just waiting to see whether you do, or do not, "feel like" drinking?
When you think about this, does it make sense to you, as a realistic approach to staying AF? What does your AA sponsor say about this?
