I have a book of daily meditations. Yes, it is an AA type book, however, prayer and meditation help me a lot especially first thing in the morning to get grounded for the rest of the day.

Prayer for Today
Higher Power, thank You for the gift of friends. Through them, I feel a bit of the warmth of Your love for me.
My friends here at MWO are such a blessing to me. I thank God every day for your caring, your wisdom, and your laughter. I pray that in some small way I am returning the love back to you.
