Palm Reading
Palm reading is both fun and with practice you will amaze yourself at how accurate it can be. Don?t start by trying to memorize every line and detail as most books would have you do. If you try to do that then you are using your left brain, logical ? analytical thinking to study the palm. Instead (for just a little while) let?s put those ideas away and allow the right brain, creativity, imagination and your intuition to be in charge.
Pick a partner, the less you know this person, the better. Now you and your partner relax, and choose who goes first.
Have the one that goes first raise their hands towards you.
Compare their left and right hands.
Look for differences and take notes on general easy to see differences.
Which hand do they write with? If they say both or either then have them close their eyes and reach out to you.
This is their dominate hand, so the other one is recessive. The recessive hand is sort of a life plan and the lines change very little on this hand. This hand shows what their intentions to do here on earth were and change very little from birth forward. The dominate hand shows how close they are sticking to their plan.
How do the hands compare?
Next notice the skin color and texture, smooth or rough, keep in mind their age and occupation.
Is there a difference between the two hands?
Check the shape of the hand, thick or thin (look from the side)
Are the fingers long or short, pointed or rounded or similar in length?
Are they flexible or rigid? Hold hand and feel flexibility.
Have them hold their hand up and notice if the fingers are close or have space between them?
Now look at the lines. Are they deep or shallow? Many or few cross marks?
The first horizontal line nearest the fingers is called the heart line. Start by checking their dominate hand for this heart line. Here lies their deepest passions.
Next, check for the long horizontal line below the heart line. This is their head line. Are there lines connecting head and heart? The more, the better.
How close are these lines to each other?
Are there any X?s connecting the head and heart lines? X?s here mean they have God given gifts.
If there are, these are called the mystic cross(s). This is a sign of a natural psychic. Also many psychics have a large pink mound under the thumb and at the base of or the other side of their hand.
Is their thumb flexible? This is important.
Check the mound under the finger of Jupiter. A large mound here shows a willingness to grow and be successful. Extra long fingers of Jupiter can mean the person is very driven to fulfill their purpose.
The middle finger is Saturn and is the great stop sign or back off and get out of my way. It is most often the longest and the most misused of all the fingers, especially if the mound below is pronounced.
Next notice the finger of the Sun.
This has a direct link to your emotions especially love and the longer the finger the deeper you love. This is the traditional ring of marriage, and for good reason. Most people who are committed to a companion have trouble even taking the ring off this finger and many get a very different feeling from rings worn on other fingers.

This shows how well we communicate. If it?s crooked it can indicate more untruthfulness, if straight and long you say what you mean and you mean what you say.
Many people confuse the Head line and the heart line because logic would dictate that the head would be above the heart but not true in palmistry. The heart is above the head line.
If looking for health issues check the heart line. Look for X or islands.
Head line deals with your ability to focus and follow thru with your thoughts. If head line is very wide and deep you may tend to be stubborn and want your own way.
Life line shows not only vitality and length of life but also how many major life changes you can expect. Broken lines are a sign of someone who lives many lifetimes in one.
A weak or non-existing line of fate means that you did not have a clear plan for exactly what you were going to do and can find it easy to change careers, homes, partners and philosophies. Some of the most innovative people will have no line of fate (especially on their recessive hand) because at the soul level they decided to let life take them where it will and are not afraid of change, in fact they planned it that way.
