I bought this book yesterday and only on page 48. It is so interesting. Has anyone read this book? By Helen McGrath, PhD and Hazel Edwards MED ? I just got done reading about negative personalities.. I thought I was looking for answers to deal with other people... turns out I have a lot of these difficult traits. Sometimes I need a dose of self help books. This one is an easy read so far.
