I am not for McCain anyway, but his choice makes me dislike him even more. I am ALL for women--but she does not have the experience. He is putting the county in jeopardy by trying this trick to win the White House. I pray to God this doesn't fool anyone.

No offense to you nurse, as we all have our opinions, but experience is not everything. Maybe I'm just partial because she is our governor and I know what she has done here for us.

Experience

How is her experience less than Obama's? And everyone keeps talking about the black candidate. He's as much white as black, except his outward appearance. We Southerners are not all racist. I liked him at first, but I despise the Clintons so much he was refreshing. I do a lot of research, and I cross party lines.

Ruby, you make a good point. And it was his white mother that raised him. I despise the Clintons as well. I was living in Canada at the time that "Zipper Gate" hit the front page of the Ottawa Sun. I think Palin has accomplished a great deal in her short career and can bring alot to the table.

I love your southern perspective. Why do you hate the Clintons? And, on principle, I will not vote for McCain. Because I don't think of myself as Dem or Rep, but I think the Republicans have just gotten out of hand, and I am very angry at Dubya. I voted for him the first time. Oh, the shame!!!

1. If he'll lie to the persons he says he loves most in the world, what can we expect.
2. If she'll stay with a person she KNOWS can't keep it in his pants, and makes her look like a fool throughout the world, what does she want. He was popular, does she want to hang onto his coattails? Poor Chelsea. I came from a disfunction family. Having everyone in our community know about my Daddy's trangression's was bad enough. Imagine it at that level. Like I said, I don't vote party line, but I vote. And a person's family tell you how they will treat the world. McCain got a big dump from me when he divorced his long-suffering, ailing wife, and married a 'younger woman'. But read, carefully, the news posts. They are SO slanted, one way or the other. Remember, we're gettiing stories from reporters who are HUMAN, and can't help but injected their opinions. Like I said, VOTE. All the talk doesn't matter otherwise. 1 person, 1 vote.

If we want to talk about lying. George Bush lied and brought us into a war! This administration will go down in history as the most destructive and dishonest administration of all time. Bush is leaving this country deeply in dept, disrespected by our allies as well as the rest of the world, not to mention leaving this country deeply in dept! I absolutely cannot believe that anyone even cares about Clintons indiscretion!! No, I did not like that about him, but he was an excellent President.

The issue is who is best qualified to lead this nation to recovery. Yes, it will take a lot of time and effort to turn things around. Simply put, McCain is not the one to turn this country around.......period!

Ruby, I have never missed a vote in the past 36 years. Many times, I have campained, and I am very well informed on both the candidates and the issues. I enjoy hearing the opinions of anyone on political issues and candidates. I find it interesting.
