As for dinner, I am going to lie down under the apple tree for a short while and wait for second wind.. this feckin Atkins induction is exhausting! Where will I find the energy to make a salad & drop a chop eh?

Can't wait for the morning when its back onto fruit & veg properly again. I also plan to cook ze bolognese for during the week.. a grand plan
