Hey Tawns! I have been so busy have not seen a paper for days... then exhausted & early to bed. Thank dawg I'm in better shape today. Had a lunch for work but salad was drizzled with some disgusting sugary stuff they called 'dressing'. Everyone there was raving about how great the food was so I felt it only polite to eat my lunch. It stuffed up the diet a bit but ho hum.. onwards & upwards.
Nice to see you both in the lounge.. i've been watching movie with kids so will catch up tomoz

And hey, last time I ate all the cream & butter & fat I wanted & no probs losing weight. Main thing is STAY AWAY FROM THE CARBS - unless you do it in the proper fashion it will rebound by putting on weight.

Only I did hear this horrible (in fact extremely disturbing) load of codswallop on ABC News Radio about Haiti being under a 'curse' because they made a pact with the devil... which I found personally to be in incredible bad taste. I mean how could they broadcast such a thing at such a time
My estimation of the human race is fallling fast when I hear things like that

Kids really wanted to watch the new release "UP" tonight... all went well & they seemed to enjoy it, but just now Ms 9 came out in tears saying "I don't want to get old"

Nighters Ficks thanks for the warning on the "UP" film "Ms 9 came out in tears saying "I don't want to get old" how do we protect them ....... what do you do????? ....mines still putting a blood red scrawled texta sign on her door NO PARENTS ALLOWED ( Im getting worried she hasnt surfaced for 2 minutes) because I refused to buy her the barbie 2 seater sports car with accesories at K mart... the joys of children

Hey Bridge the diet works seems to make sense i mentioned my cousin he was extreme he did the induction thing ...just ate eggs meat fish and slpashings of salad for 3 months he lost so much weight it just seemed extremme but he has kept it off he doesnt eat rice bread potatoes and that stuff but he has a vigourous exercise thing. It does work good luck stick with it to the letter..All the best to you guys

Me too! Morning Tawny,
Woke at 6 of my own accord... lovely sipping tea with the birdies in the cool....
Am thinking I'll use cardboard cartons to cover up garden area I'm about to create out of rock hard clay lawn whilst I dig in other stuff along the fence I've nearly finished. Putting my new tools to work in more ways than one & my All One is on it's way thanks to Starty!
