Mornin' gang,

Well I'm glad I wasn't making stuff up about the weather yesterday - apparently it even snowed in some of the alpine areas of Vic. But up to 23C today and back to the 30's tomorrow, so all's normal again.

Gee it's nice reading back - everybody's really getting their shit together with big AF numbers, diets, serious exercise, projects, weekends away, new jobs, time with friends ... there's a really nice vibe happening here. When I think back of some of the misery-guts posts made when we've been drinking - it's a bit of a no-brainer, don't you reckon?

So - Mr. G - 'splain your absence yesterday or we'll do it for you. And you know that won't be good.

The magpies are warbling, it's just getting light, I'm leaping out of the cot and into the day. Have a good one.

Snowy mountains here also... brrrr factor down below. Digging out cardigans & jumpers.
Good work Sky, Ronnie & GS.. Thanks for remembering Bridge, day 8 here i just counted em.

Each day is an addition to the investment... just takes a while to start feeling good eh Aspy.
In desperation i went & bought some 'shakes' yesterday... found an amino shake with most of the proper aminos but tastes crap.. found a choc Atkins shake with vitamins.. might mix the two in soy milk for 3pm blast to get me through to dinner time.

Go well everyone... gotta get this joint jumpin.. have a great day!

more exercises to come this arvo, gentle streching and walking type thinies to releive the horendous day tomoras gunna be without it.
I spent aboout 7yrs training and was quite fit 18mths ago so i am interested to see how much easer it is A/F...
