No grimmy, they are actually baby bellas. I saw a recipe for creamy with a bit of sherry I'm leaning towards. Maybe that and leave a few chunkies in the soup for a bit of interest.

I have a new hand blender I'm wanting to try I used to do the soups in a blender and often it ended up on me and the cabinets. Ceiling too if I'm really honest. :H
