Well, i find the gentle 'thwack' of the stick on leather gives a kind of meditative, hypnotic, sleep inducing effect.

I might go over to the holistic healing thread and let em in on some inside mail. i.e. A small dollop of Vegemite on ya pillow at night will really help you sleep. The yanks'll go for it for sure.....

Good stuff Geester, theres nothing like a holiday to recharge the batteries...lots of sleep ins and slowing down the pace of things in general. Tell them yanks that the vegemite might not help them sleep as such...but it sure will curtail interference from the other side of the bed:H:H:H

I sucked in a young Brazillian woman i was sharing with in London a few years ago. She and her mates loved chocolate, so there was always some around. I put some vegemite on a teaspoon and held it out in front of her, telling her straightfaced it was Aussie chocolate. She looked at me suspiciously, but trusted me, so she ate it! :H

Soylent green, ah yes. You're on the right track. Did you know that vegemite is also a great rust inhibitor. I've used it in my car radiator on occassion. Beauwwwdiful.
