A MAN enraged over how his wife cooked his eggs in rural eastern Kentucky shot five people dead with a shotgun before killing himself.

morning all, hope you all had a good weekend!!!! I know this is not an AL related subject, but I feel Like shit today, I have osteoarthritis, terrible pain in my back, and ache all over my body, its pretty bad today, maybe it the weather, anybody have any suggestions, or remedies on this. Lilly x

Hi Lilly - sorry you feel like shit - unfortunately I don't know anything about osteo - maybe Southernbelle is right - she usually gives good advice.

Seems to me we should set up an Undies Infirmary with Missy, Saffy & Lilly all feeling under the weather. We should put Bridge in charge as she's our resident nurse.

Guess the only comforting thought I can offer is that you could all be feeling like shit AND have a hangover to boot. Ugly.

The days have to start getting warmer soon. I'm hanging on to that thought ...

People have varying degrees of success with Glucosamine for arthritic pain, Lilly.
Don't mix it up with L-Glutamine. Different stuff altogether.

Available over the counter, no script required. Chemist or Heath Food Store. All natural, I believe. Don't know about cost.
Worth a try ?

Also light exercise. Sounds cruel, but really DOES loosen things up.

Hi bridget, thanks for the info, will pop out and get some today, wont get it mixed up with L-Glutamine, I've got it, been taking it since coming on this sight, for the exercise will try going for a wee walk,thanks again Lilly x

I like the idea of an infirmary with Bridge soothing my fevered brow, Tawny bringing us poached eggs on lightly toasted five-grain bread and Mr G ad Reg off int he corner making music to get well by .....

Still not feeling that great this morning, so decided to work at home. No sooner had I decided to do that when the electricity went off! Had to come in to work just to have a shower

Now undies, I have my Sydney trip coming up in 4 weeks. Will be there 12-21st October staying on the beach at NArrabeem (spelling??), doing family things 15-17. If anyone is going to be around and fancies catching up for a coffee, let me know!!!
