Have been domestic goddessing myself today, using up stuff we bought last week but I haven't been up to cooking. Avoglemono soup for lunch, apple and feijoa crumble for some time and slow cooked pork belly for dinner. Just checking out fennel bulb salads ..... used to eat it a lot when I lived in France, but cant remember what I did with it. There is a bit of a glut on the market at the moment so I bought a whole lot! Just about to try a recipe with roasted red paper, sesame and pine nuts, lettuce and fennel bulb.
Did I miss something? Who's got the new boyfriend???
