I need a koala hat. or is that a pair of undies? Or operation garb as in playing doctors and nurses?

I do not see a tea cosy in that...

Kaz sweets, just take care. Glad to see you around and I know that sitting by and not being busy will be driving you nuts but like I - and Bridge - said your body is telling you something. Stay safe and well.

Off to suffer for the cause! MC on soon enough - if I didnt watch it I'd have nothing to whinge about.

Bridge and Tawny thoughts please? If I am too harsh please give perspective. And I wont even start on the contestants I left out this morning...

If Sun's hippy parents had a son called Moon, would we have to call him Mun?

So many questions. Such little time.

Great, I check in and you're all asleep.
So the MC thing, I was trying to tell you all last night when you were sleeping. Hp you have to read back in the morning. I think the boy that was eliminated last night was one of the better chefs in the house. Sun drives me nuts too. Huh, my fav this season is ....... NO ONE. Maybe Hayden because he's cute, or Kumar because he is teaching his children it is never to late to follow your dreams. I know, nothing to do with cooking. I miss Alvin from last season. I still laugh when I think of Alvin as newly appointed team captain, and he is instructed to choose opposing team captain. He chooses Johnathan. Johnathan is SO PLEASED and HAPPY. Beaming really. Gary asks Alvin why he chose Johnathan as opposing team captain. Alvin says he didn't want to be on the same team as him. Johnathans face sinks like the titanic. SO Hilarious.

Okay, so why you're all zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzing away, flight is booked.
Flying to Darwin Saturday. Road trip from there to home on the gold coast. Probably be gone 7 days. Pretty excited. BUt feel anxiety about possibility of car running out of gas in outback, no one driving by to find us, then starving to death. Anxiety seems to be creeping back in to my days. Am taking calms forte and gaba calm. Any other suggestions? I could use some good ones.

                        Evening sunshine,

Keep up your gym or some sort of regular exercise regimen, as that will help anxiety, and resultant endorphins flowing through your body from a good (at least around) 35 minute plus workout, will naturally allow a positive mindset to reign. Anxiety then shouldn't get much of a look in for a few hours anyway. Some deep, long, slow breathing in a quiet space will slow your body down too, and your mind eventually should follow.

But none of this will help you if yer new car breaks down near a croc infested river. Inland Taipans are up that way too, and don't mind chasing the hapless tourist gone bush, but they should be pretty quiet this time of year. (Croc and snake=good tucker) Good maps, flares, hats, first aid kit, charged phones, spare fuel, spare tyre, jack, tool kit, portable barby for yer road kill, and PLENTY of water.

You'll have a ball! Wish i was going.

Safe travel's, and always tell someone what route you are taking.

                          Thanks Gster,
Will be investing in car groceries, first aid kit, spare gas in can, and heaps of photos. Will post one upon return. Did hit the gym earlier. Sometimes I just think my mind is my own worst enemy. Thank you for the good advice.

                              Morning Saucy ... poor Trevor.

Headline "All Live Cattle Exports Suspended". Good.

Still too early to see what the day might bring but the nice undies are pressed and ready to go on.

                                Hi folks,

On the blackberry so I can't read back that well. I've been thinking of you all. I miss Missy, Saph, Rags, and countless others. I think Rags PM'd me but this browser is horrible. My daughter visited me today so there were lots of tears and many smiles. Today was the first day I was able to walk outside. I was not allowed but gave the head nurse a head fake and there I was. Things look good so I may go home in five days.

                                Love you all...
