What sort of mince you using chicken or beef? it sounds yum do you have a recipe?
Curry night tonight, prefab mixture though. They all complained about the smell in the house for the next coupla days after my last batch.

Pasta Day here ... did it for lunch. Linguini. Smoked salmon, capers, spring onions, lemon zest, heaps of cracked pepper, a modicum of sour cream and a generous shaving of parmigiano reggiano. With a crisp and jocular side of designer lettuce salad.
House guest slept through the event. That's fine.Comment
