                  I put my neck out making the bed the other day and I've had a permanent headache since. Grump :upset:

                  I was thinking about the ambulance cover. Wellington has a free ambulance service that was started up as a charity in the 19th century, and continues to be maintained on the basis of donations. It also does lots of work transporting people to and from the hospital when they dont have access to transport. I was well into my 20s before I realised how incredibly lucky we are to have it. And even more amazing that it still continues to exist!!

                      Missy, what a terrific ambo service, and community made it happen, and keep it happening. Marvellous.
                      Please submit my vegemite and avocado on toast recipe, stolen from some country gal's making breakfast for us hungover muso's one morning in a country pub in Victoria somewhere. Adding poached agg is marvellous and optional.

                      Sunny, your work day's are too long IMO. But i know sometimes we have to go where the work is. Take care of yourself, and remember H.A.L.T. to which i would add 'S' too, for sad. H.A.L.T.S.

                      Rag's, budgetary restrictions, and my choc soy addiction prevent me from contributing to your july fast, but i contribute to your marvellous effort in spirit. You will love the 30/31 day experience, i assure you.

                      Off for err....'sensory awareness' training this morning. Do you believe it?! Should be a laugh. Though the sheila presenting it is one of those genuinely beautiful spirit's you come across every now and then. I am putty in her hands.

                        Morning all underoos and then somes. How are we all today?

                        Literally had to put out a fire last night. Locusts making some form of hot chocolate and set a tea towel on fire. Mr happy was asleep, yes job well done. Poor bloke didnt even wake up but we were kinda doing the whole whispering shouts.

                          Sunny, have to agree with Mr G. Those days/hours you do are full on. Not telling you what to do mind. But we all need work/life balance.

                          I heard one of the guys I do work for the other day say the line "the business is my life" and I thought, shit that was me three and a half years ago. Just glad it all changed. Although I wasnt then. Sometimes the universe has a way of picking you up and shaking the shit out of you to make you see what is what. And then you have to take notice.

                            Another dull day coming up weather wise methinks. Tiny bit harder to keep the chin up on days like these.
