      I've just popped back to say my good nights. There's a rather large Chinese take out being delivered in a moment.

      He's one of the other volunteers who's been clean of heroin for over 2 years and I know nothing about NA (Narcotics Anonymous) so he said he'd take me. He's really nice bloke. A great big Scot and a real teddy bear................and much much younger than me.

      Chopsticks at the ready, get set.....................go.
      It could be worse, I could be filing.

                      Geez, some people do that but I don't know how they could. Good for you on sparing your own chooks.
                      It takes practice apparently. I can't sit still for 5 minutes normally but somehow when you do it every week it does kind of get easier. I couldn't even feel my body by the end, and normally I get twinges in my back and I shuffle around... weird really

                      the bird is cooking, I should have done Daisy who has given up laying eggs, but the kids would be sad

                      I am knackered tonight, I wish you could buy energy in frigginasda
                      I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way

                      They don't call me Pingu Purple Pants for nothing....

                        The meditation really does get easier Pingu, it is SO good for you, I need to work on stepping mine up to be honest.

                        I feel very sluggish too today but thats prolly coz the kids were brats

                            never quite figured out what meditations all about, seems to be alot of beign still and quiet... not much good at that
                            I have faced it, a life wasted, and I am never going back there again
