Feel the same way. Really how hard is it to delete the spammers??? The is no question as to who they are, they don't write coherently and most of the time it's not even in english. If there are moderators, what exactly are they doing? The spammer you referenced has been posting over and over again and been reported numerous times, yet he is still allowed to post. If you've been having problems again, it might help to record them here. I don't think the administrators have the time to read the threads but we can remind them about this one if all the issues are in one place. At least we would have a chance that they would become aware of ongoing problems.

The spammers are all over MWO. There were log in problems yesterday at 2000 h GMT and apparently overnight, as well, based on comments in several threads.

So is that the goal of all this spam to crash the site? What purpose does it serve in that it eliminates a virtual psychosocial support forum for (at any given time) several hundred alcoholics? It's not like it's Amazon, Ebay or a big bank. People can be so twisted.In the middle of my life's journey, I found myself in a dark wood, as I had lost the straight path. I agree with you Roxy, this site is not modded at all.
I have been on several other sites before for different interests and I have never seen this kind of activity from spammers.
I know there are people here who have volunteered to help mod and I know RJ is looking for donations. But honestly I need to see progress on the removal of spammers before I give anything. It seems ever since she asked for feedback and donations things have gotten worse around here.AL free since March 17th 2011...loving this life. No drinking no matter what.
