I was away praying at the feet of the all hallowed printer luckily I didn't have to burn any offerings this time as it worked the third time..............so where were we.

I actually remembered the paper....think its something to do with how urgent your printing is............a boarding pass for a flight in 3 hours and it will just sit there until sobbing and tearing out of hair begins then it begrudgingly spits it out...........knitting patterns it'll happily give you 6 or 7 even when you've only asked for one.

No womens meetings that I can find. My problem seemed to be that the craving came back when I was thinking it would be nice to have a glass of wine with everyone else alsoI just was allowing the intrusive thoughts to grow. `Anyway managed to get myself "sorted" Alcohol terrifies me

Ah Ms A - all very normal I'd say.
I just think it through to the end .....
I've been watching others & see my drinking was ab'normal'.
They can take or leave it. Have a few & leave it at that mostly.
I have young AJ here too as a reminder of how I used to drink.
Go out have a few wines - get the taste - would then come home & want more - yuk

He's much 'better' Ms A - mainly he'll have wine now restricted to weekends.
He was in the 'thick' of it when he came home and in a way I believe he came home to be 'safe'.
He has settled in well and I like to think my sobriety is helping him - in fact I KNOW it is
Was offered a job in London - but did not take it - feels safer here at home in own environment I think.
( + the money was shite )

Also Ms A - MWO reading every day is a life saver.
If I think of 'a glass of wine' - Molls & Jacks face pops up and that is scary :hahaha:
Seriously though - this place keeps me reminded of where I've come from and where I 'd be without it

Satz, just the fact that you were able to kick it - and keep on doing so - must be a motivator for him. Do as I do, sort of thing. Plus, you know all the tricks in the book.
