    Evening lovelies..........

    It was grand.........very small...........First half...........the facilitator ask each person how their week was good or bad.......you can answer or not.........bit of a break...........second half a bit an exercise.....today's was when did you realise you needed help, how did you feel then and how do you feel now.

    All confidential of course...........enjoyed it so much I'm going back next week.:happy2:

        6 .............there's sometimes more and some times less. The lad I was sat next to goes to AA in the evening sometimes when he's a bit wobbly but prefers SMART.

            thanks, sounds alright to me. are AA meetings generally bigger? i looked at smart at around the time i came back here. it was difficult to access it in the way i wanted, ie absolutely no registering or involvment. i wanted to look at information and even maybe a forum like this one. i will look again.

                  My first time AA I felt as if there were about 800 there.........it was nearer 40 and packed to the gills.

                                As far as I know its what usually happens but that might be Noocastle.............even when we spoke on the phone she wasn't ramming it down my throat just wanted me to know she understood.
