I've been following the siege sitch in Sydney since the story first broke and I have to admit I'm quietly shitting bricks.

The horrible part is not knowing what we're dealing with. Terrorism or just a nutjob? I cannot imagine how bloody frightened all those inside would be. My heart goes out and out and out.

I think it is nutjob Tawny. People who are sufferinbg PTSD. Of course I say that on no evidence whatsoever, but the careful way that the Police are managing everything suggests to me that they are adopting a non-escalation policy and I appluad them for it. Let hope that the day ends with as good a resolution as possible.

I'm about to get on a bus to cross town for my back exercise class. I expect it to be slow!!

My heart goes out to those inside as well. The women staff there have a heart of gold, they provide great service and they are probably all badly paid. Why target them?????
