It's that time of year. Now that our work closure function has happened and the family Xmas thingy has been held (yesterday) my new year starts tomorrow (actually it was supposed to be today, but I needed a sleep in!!) . Up at 6:30 for a walk in the park and some sun salutations , no going into work before 9am, no leaving work after 5, and a swim at the end of the day. No stressing, no being resentful, no worrying about small stuff, and on a constant search to make my life and the lives of peoploe around me happy and enjoyable and full of love. Ah, I guess mine is similar Missy. Not taking on board work that becomes all consuming being number 1. Or if it is something I'm passionate about, remembering to prioritise - and doing that correctly. Something about an addictive personality seems to send you to the all or nothing's all of the time...so some rewiring to be done.
Wow...these summer storms are on us with a vengeance. And I've still got to go out for radiotherapy too, late night sesh....Comment

I have been avoiding the site as i had thought it dredges up to much alc type thoughts but i realized this morning i been more depressed about alc in the last few weeks than i have for ages.

Can I have a little rant Undies? yes? good...I like to do it here as its anonymous...I just had a little word on something on Facebook about an article that asked "Is DCIS even a cancer?" wtf is that? that sort of article makes me so mad. Even more than the ones that people share with me about smothering my boobs in some sort of fungi to stop tumour growth.

Yeah ... like when Nige was carking it we got helpful messages telling us he should eat lots of almonds. Apparently almonds were proven to be beneficial (even a cure) for prostate cancer sufferers. For all the good they would have done, he may as well have shoved them up his arse.
