Good morning Cafe. I agree with you Jude, Spinach and A. Dip is good. I don’t know what Rye boat dip is? I like the Super Bowl commercials but thats about it. In fact last night on You Tube we watched past Super Bowl commercials. Some were quite funny. Today is more mahjong for me from 1 - 4 pm. Keeps me busy and not thinking about booze. I will take it! Hope everyone has a great and sober day. 24 more please and thank you!

My hubby can't wait for the super bowl. He'll be a nervous wreck though. He loves his Seahawks! Fingers crossed they win. We leave Sunday morning for our little get away so we need to get to our hotel and settled in at 3p. Cyrus is going too.

Hi everyone. Wow Jude , stay warm.

We have got a cyclone brewing up the north of Western Australia at the moment. I think you call them hurricanes. This one is not too scarey at the moment. Just a Cat 1, so hope it stays that way.

My state is huge so it's a long way away. Gosh the world's weather is definitely changing as is a lot of things. Doesn't feel as safe as it used to be and lots of yucky people around.

Still trying to find something as engaging as Nurse Jackie to watch . No worries I sit on my bottom too much anyway!

I think we all love a visit with people Cowboy. We can tend to get more isolated as we get older . I know I do.

Anyway you know what I'm going to say!

Well, Jude, I am not much of a football fan either, and I cannot bear to watch the Super Bowl half-time show anymore as it has gotten too....well, let's just say it's too much for me. I'm pretty much all about the snacks, and like Rava, the commercials. You bring the rye bread boat dip and I'll make the spinach/artichoke dip with pita chips. I too love that rye dip snack! Everybody's welcome! Bring an appetizer and I'll make a pot of chili. See you all Sunday evening at my house!

Rava, I have a single serving of beets left. I think I'll snack on it later and try it with Feta. I've never had that combo but I bet it's good!

Cowboy, with tips from you customers like that, it's a good thing you've cut back on your house calls! You would have a struggle keeping at a fit weight with all those treats!

Ginger, is the get away just for you and Mr. G? Sounds like fun! Hope for his sake you have good TV reception wherever you are. I'm sure Cyrus will love it too!

Peachie, I had an unsettling dream a few nights ago. Even at our age, our dreams can leave us feeling off kilter. I got out of bed and in a few moments the dream was forgotten, but the anxiety it evoked remained. I had to distract myself with an audiobook to get back to sleep. We are having quite the snowstorm at the moment. I must say the people in our area are all feeling weary of this winter. Even my one friend who LOVES snow said she is ready to see it go.
