Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Just get through today. Tomorrow will look after itself when it becomes today, because today is all we have to think about.
Friendship is not about how many friends you have or who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you", and proved it.

Sounds like quite the addition Jude, I'm sure you're going to enjoy all its features! Hopefully the meds are doing their job and you'll be able to keep all of your finger.
I don't get too many mosquito bites Ginger, but enough to know they are pesky little creatures lol.
I wonder why they would release that many mosquitos Rava, sterilized or not, a mosquito is a mosquito lol. Hope you had fun yesterday and were successful with the crabbing.
Waves to the rest of the gang!
Looks like we'll get at least one more good day of seeding before all the rain gets here, we're about 75% done, so not too terrible much left to go when the rain ends and dries up.
Not today...

Jude, I had no idea your addition was going to be so large! I am really happy for you getting to have such a wonderful place! You are one lucky gal!
I fervently hope you get good news on Thursday and that the infections have cleared.
Peachie, have the Dockers played yet? Go Purple!!
Ginger, the coyote has not been seen in quite a while now. I imagine it is still around, but it is not circling our place looking for prey. Hope it stays that way!
Rava, it seems to me that 8 people is a good turn out. I'm sure it will grow, too. When the hot days roll around ladies will be looing for a nice, indoor, AC activity.
Cowboy, I guess I didn't expect to hear that mosquitos are a problem way up north where you you are! Make sure you have Off or some other bug repellent on board.
Another gorgeous day here!!
Let's all have a day of freedom.
Dill
Dont forget, you can: start late, start over, be unsure, try and fail AND STILL SUCCEED!
If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse.

Evening Cafe. Yes Dill, the Dockers won again!! Yay for us. Still up top of the ladder.
Jude, wow you must be so excited at your new renovations. Must be a big porch! It will certainly be worth it when completed.
AB, more rain coming? We are due for another storm tonight. We'll see!
Patches hasn't moved off her couch since she was grounded Ginger. I must admit I was in tears. Zorro.popped his head in the gate this morning but I sure chased him off in a hurry! Anyway it's going to be rainy and windy all week so she has no reason to be ungrounded. Lol.
Rava, hope you had a good day yesterday with the grands. I miss having kids around. They sure make our world a good place.
Meatballs in tomato for dinner then an early night.
Night everyone

Jude! That's not a porch, that's a full on addition and sound fantastic! I can't wait to see pics, if possible? I must have missed that update about your finger when I was sick. That's scary as hell! I hope your appt goes well and you're back to 100%.
Peachie, good for your team! May they have continued wins. Naughty Zorro! He's definitely a bad influence, thats for sure!
Dill, I'm glad your coyote sightings have stopped for now at least! There's a guy on Facebook Reels that posts about one he's tamed. She's really quite pretty and has the cutest facial expressions when he talks to her. The entire thing is a bad idea for the coyote but I still find it fascinating.
Rava, did you catch any crabs with your littles?
ABC, sneaking up on another end of seeding season. As always, thanks for all the work!
Not sure what's on my agenda today. Think I'll keep it like that. I'll join you in another day

Good morning cafe!
Cowboy, it sounds like you are making good progress on the seeding. It won't be long before you'll be back home with Bubba full time. Yay!
Dill, so glad that there have been no more coyote sightings and I hope that it stays away for good.
Yesterday Mr. J and his friend knocked down the old porch and it was pretty scary when the whole thing came crashing down. They got everything cleaned up so it's almost ready for when the contractors show up in June.
Waves to the rest of the gang!
Not today...

Good morning Cafe. I think I forgot to post yesterday. We left the house early to watch a baseball game with one of the grands. They lost but it was great seeing them. Only caught 1 small crab the other day which we released. Jude that addition sounds like it’s going to be large and beautiful! Hope everyone has a great day. 24 more please and thank you.

Evening Cafe. Been a wild and windy day here. We even got an emergency warning to stay in doors etc etc. Very strong winds and lots of fences down, power outages and trees down. Still blowing a gale outside and both puddies in their beds. Which I think may be the best place for me too. I tried to go outside to have a look but quickly came back in again. Too many wobbly trees around. Lol.
Hi to everyone and hope you have a lovely day.
Night.

We're under a rainfall warning here Peachie and it's windy as well, not quite as bad as what you're getting though. Hope you get through the storm okay.
Sounds like you had an enjoyable day with the gkids Rava, no matter what the outcomes were.
Yes, we are blessed with lots of mosquitos dill lol, thirsty little devils that they are.
I'll bet it was quite a sight when the old porch came down Jude and thankfully no one got hurt. Do you have any idea on a completion date for the new one?
You sound like you're in such better spirits Ginger, I'll bet you're anxious to get back outside doing things.
I got to come back to Veg last night as the rain moved in on us. I'm sure we got more than an inch so far and they are calling for 2 - 4" by the time it ends on Wednesday. That's definitely going to put a hold on seeding for awhile!Quitting and staying quit isn't easy, its learning a whole new way of thinking. ABC, I am in better spirits and I'm back to exercise, just nothing outside quite yet. Tried to use my cpap last night and I only lasted half an hour before I had to take it off because of coughing. Hmmmm
Peachie, I'm glad you and your puddies where safely tucked inside with that weather! I hope Zorro was too, wherever that may be.
Jude, I'm so glad you had help with that project. How's Susie getting along?
Rava, when does crabbing season typically pick up for that area? Fun either way!
Dill, I'm glad you've had no more coyote sightings. I haven't heard or seen any since getting home but it's ok to shoot them here so they may have been thinned out over winter.
Hi, Allison, Mul and anyone else that stops by for one of ABC's famous breakfasts! I'll join you in another day of freedom.

Ginger, just had to reply. I also hope Zorro is home safe too. I opened my back door briefly tonight and he was there. Both of my cats knew that. They can obviously pick up his scent. Poor Rosie disappeared under my bed and Patches didn't seem so bothered. I know he is well cared for and fed. He has a collar and is quite stocky. He lives just down the street from me. He has attacked Rosie twice now. He may be just lonely but it would be so nice to just welcome him. Night.
