Yes Jude, seeding is done for me this year. If they didn't finish yesterday, they should finish up today for sure. Sounds like you've got a new best friend in Boo, nice that she's settling in just fine.

Wow dill, that was a huge bill! A lot more than I expected as well but I'm sure you feel it was worth it, I know I would have.

I do like to be there when we drive off the last field to finish the season Ginger, but I didn't want to miss seeing all the kids. I could have made excuses and not been here to see them, but family is more important than a couple missed days of seeding.

Hope you had a good weekend Peachie with no Zorro problems.

Have a great day yesterday with all the kids, and of course the other Bruce was here to entertain us as well lol, he's quite the dog and he loves coming over as well. Brandie spent the night with us and I'll be driving her into the airport this morning for her flight home.

Today is little sis's birthday. Lunch out with my sisters to celebrate.

The heat is ramping up and all I can think about is a cool breeze and a long beach walk. I may have to see if I have an opening for a trip to the coast. I just can't do the heat anymore.

Life is good, so much to be thankful for, I'll gratefully take another day of freedom!

Lily is back to her old self today! Energy levels and spirits are high, appetite is good! The cost was high but as you have all mentioned, it was worth it. I'm just grateful it wasn't something like a blockage and we had to go the surgery route. The costs there would have really given us something to think about...Glad it did not transpire.

Ginger, I never heard of the Care Credit card! I'm going to read up on that. The E.D. we took her to was called the Care Center - Dayton. I wonder if there is an affiliation with the credit card you mentioned.

Rava, are you saying that you have Florida neighbors that also live in your Northern Command Tiny Home neighborhood? That's pretty cool!

Jude, has construction started on your addition?

Cowboy, you made a wise choice to put a family visit ahead of seeding. The seeding will get done without you, but the family visit wouldn't have! LOL! You were definitely the star attraction there!

We picked some black raspberries yesterday so today we're going to make a batch of jelly. Definitely a good day not to drink! Drinking and sloshing that purple berry juice around the kitchen!!!

I agree with you Cowboy about family coming first before work and I'm glad that you chose to be with them rather than finishing up the seeding. Besides, you got to play with Bruce again. 🙂

Ginger, this infection has been going on for 5-6 months and I for one can't wait for it to heal. I'm sure that you guys are sick of me complaining about it. I hope that you get a break from the heat soon. I've never been a fan of hot muggy weather and it does seem to get worse the older I get.

Dill, so glad that Lily is back to normal. It's terrible seeing one of our animals suffering, but I'm glad that things worked out for the best even if your bank account took a hit.

Good morning Cafe. Jude your infection sure has been going on and on but we are definitely not tired of hearing about it. We just want it to go away!!! Dill so glad Lily is back to her old self. What a relief that is. Ginger hope you had a nice lunch with your sister. We had a great day yesterday with our neighbors. We used to live next door to them for many years. We bought our condo in FL and they bought one next to us. So now that we moved to the tiny home we are about 1 hour apart and still live next door to them in FL in the winter. It’s great to have such good friends so close. Today I am picking up the grands from half day of school. It’s their last day. We are thinking about throwing some crab traps off the pier and see what we catch. Hope everyone has a wonderful day. 24 more please and thank you.

All good here. We had a really cold night last night but the sun came out today.

So pleased to hear about Lily Dill but sorry about the bill.

Glad you enjoyed your visit with your kids AB...and Bruce! How does he travel on the flight?

Jude we are concerned re your finger and not at all tired of hearing your progress. You certainly don't complain!!

Hope you enjoyed your birthday lunch with little sis. Ginger. I googled that pass you have to drive through to get to your docs appt next month. Wow it is beautiful scenery.

Rava you made me giggle about dragging your mattress and mentioning rednecks. Would have loved a video. Lol.

My girls haven't moved today apart from going to the toilet in the garden. I accompanied them both like a Security Guard. Haha.

Brandie lives in Vancouver Ginger. Amanda used to live there as well until her and Nat split up and she moved back to Vermilion to live with her mom. I'll bet you enjoyed your time with your sisters at lunch.

Bruce is Amanda's Great Dane Peachie so there isn't any airplane travel for him. Just a 45 minute car ride when they come over to visit. We never got to see him when Amanda lived in Vancouver as she came to visit alone.

I don't mind hearing how your infection is Jude, but I'll bet you are sick of it hanging around.

That's pretty cool about having your friends in both places Rava. Hope the crabbing goes well.

Good to hear Lily is back to normal dill. Hopefully she won't have any repeats in the future. I leave the camper set up till after harvest, but I do drain the water heater and clean out the fridge as we don't use it during the summer.

Speaking of which, that's what I'm doing today, going out to the farm and getting things from the camper. I'll probably stop around and see Corey and see how the last of the seeding went.

Lunch was great we enjoyed eating outside in the shade. I'm very blessed! I think today I'm going with my gdaughter to play in the pool at her parent's(my oldest son) with the greats. Should be fun and I will be tired. Lol
