Hey all, isn't it the truth about alcohol being in your face?!?especially here in Vegas, the supermarket, drugstore, gas stations, Chuck E Cheese even has beer,ugh,I think it just makes it harder,maybe I'll move back to Utah where it's only at the liquor store but by now it's probably everywhere too,actually maybe it was in the gas stations but I didn't drink then so I didn't notice? Rusty, I don't know if my brother is truly mentally ill or just on something, he used to be a heavy drinker too but quit, however rumor from Kell is that he does pain pills now his behavior scared me a lot though, I think it's dumb but I've been thinking that maybe I actually wanted to drink with my mom,I know there's gonna be a time when she's old and needs to be taken care of, maybe in my subconscious I'm just trying to keep the bond going while she's still a party animal, I dunno, was just sorting it out yesterday and that's not good thinking for someone who wants an AF life for good,, when I visit her at home I'm fine, we still have fun even though I don't drink and when she starts getting rowdy I leave but when she comes here it's a total different story, rambling sorry, hello to all and I hope we all have a great AF Thursday

Quick check in, Day 3. 9 of the last 10 AF. Last time I drank, I "just" had 4 beers. I did think what's the point, no great buzz, and just dropped $20 in the pub. WTF am I afraid of?

Life has been very hard and stressful...my best friend lost her husband to Parkinson's 2 weeks ago and that brought back all the grief....Yes I drank lots and lots but when I woke up decided that it didn't change anything but only made me feel like crap...so here I am again.....missed all my friends here so much.....
Have had dental issues too and men issues and and and ....u get it I know.....life....

I'm sorry and isn't it the truth that we drink to try and forget but then wake up and it's even worse!we've all missed you too though, on a good note though I have a grandpuppy and her name is Dottie! I know you love your pups,how are they doing? Glad you're back

My fur babies are the best and way too spoiled...been an issue with men I am dating...if they cant accept my dogs then they can take a flying leap.....LOL....

Heck yeah! Don't blame you for that,just got a bunch of online Christmas shopping done,I have a love-hate relationship with Christmas, the day itself is a blast but the lead up drives me nuts! Quiet here tonight

Pauly I have a love /hate relationship too....no kids now no hubbs....drat....so Thanks giving I am going to serve dinner at a local low income senior center and the same for Christmas....did this last year and it was a lot of fun...and the residents seemed to really appreciate the attention...giving back....made me feel good...
