stirly-girly.............Bess is being very tolerant. Reckon she understands that he's a pupper.

Glorious sunny day so we all had a sit out in the garden. Got one of these stakes so I can attach Buddy to it so he doesn't do a runner.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

My father was an elementary school teacher and principal.... Continue on. I've met some teachers in detox astonishingly that have stunned me, meanwhile they were not alc's but mary jane smokers. Yes people here go to detox for weed. Male none the less and I do agree we need more. The weed here is insane and even with legal weed coming I'm afraid we have problem. Weed in the 60's was like 6%. In the 90's if you knew the people I did like 20-26%. I hate the stuff now after some cross conflict 25 years ago. Now look at shatter Marijuana derivative 'shatter' poses risks, policy challenges - Canada - CBC News Not pleased. WTF ( I promised I would not swear on the forum in a dream, so short form). Shatter, WTF. 90% THC and smokable. What is this? Like I learned to make hashish in to old days but this is something different. Hash was better than weed for me. WOW this (my past) and what is happening is upsetting as we are legalizing it in Canada. It was a good idea until people messed with it and made things like shatter.

Grammarly has to go.

Good morning, afternoon or dinner time for my eastern/euro friends!

Just commenting. OMG my pup. Cleaned up all the paper towels and toilet paper that was strewn across 600sq/ft out of 800sq/ft or so of the top floor. I try to move everything higher and higher but my pup will grab something like a piece of clothing, it comes crashing down and then things get destroyed or go missing, keys, shoes, wallets. I don't use any of my good shoes any more.... crazy. Like the noises I hear and I have to guess what she has, getting pretty good at it now.

Just a comment, you are a school teacher right? Well the torment I went through because my father was a teacher in the school I was in was out this world. Now some older kids loved my father as he was grade 7 I think, early grades were nice. But when I hit that the bullying went insane. Now its not as bad as it could have been as seen on youtube, but when your world is small because you live in a bubble of a private school and aka friends it goes hay wire. Especially when divorce is nearly condemned in that culture at the time and my parents were doing that. Spat on, knocked to the ground, much of it still blocked out. So screwed up because I didn't realize a girl liked me, that I like because I trusted no one. What kids do now is crazy by comparison. I have witnessed outside one of my flats (apartments or condo's here) in earlier years some boy taking a spin kick to the head... completely knocked out, not sure why, maybe entrance to a community of screwed up kids. I took one but not willingly like this scene was. You can hardly tell I took a kick to the face as my nose is straight unless a doctor looks up it lol. I knew what to do. So as a teacher, you are also a psychologist by happen stance.

May have mentioned it before, sorry.

Had to go into town this morning and actually pay money into the bank. Honestly Mers, it reminds me so much of when my kids were toddlers.

empyr3al...........its amazing how high and how far Buddy can reach. I'm looking at what the tip that is our living room..........strewn with paper towels, tissues, a half chewed tennis ball, a few pages of a cookery book. We're going to beach again tomorrow.
And no you haven't repeated yourself, love.

Young Satz sober most of the time from what I can gather. GF still with him - so he must be behaving I suppose. He has found some group that suits him. AA alone just didn't work.
Not sure of the name - but they have a counsellor for 1:1 when needed. He seems to be a holistic type and I like the sound of him.

JackieClaire Mine is only 12" tall at best guess. Reach like half a meter if you are metric, or about 2.5 feet in crazy land. The toilet paper was insane, it was literally all over. I let her teeth on the roll despite me having dozens of toys. But she is determined. At the worst times.

Thunder again, wow what a strange season. Since 10pm till now which is 12:25. It rains rains nearly daily, or twice and that is odd. Once in a life time experience. I personally love the sound of thunder and rain, but this is rediculous. We cannot drain it!@#! There is the rain again. Holy we are at like 4 to 5 times the usual rain fall. Largest bodies of fresh water, and a treasure. What is going on?

Morning folks, JC & Empyr I used to think my puppy was a handful but after reading your accounts I have changed my mind. So in other news regarding that really good job I was after, I was one of the final two candidates but the it was offered to the other person, pretty disappointed tbh but sure not to worry it's not like I don't have a job. I was thinking, in days gone past that would have been the perfect excuse for me to hit the sauce last night but it never even entered my head. 'Drowning your sorrows' what a daft expression and an even more daft thing to do even for normal drinkers. Hiding from emotions doesn't make them go away, it just buries them for a time, took me a long time to realise/accept that fact, progress.
Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

Funny that - someone said to me, a relly, that perhaps my running was addictive and not always necessarily a good thing. Goes and compares me to my bro "he doesn't have to run everyday, but still does marathons..." Puffs.... don't compare with my brother! I can do that already! I know it is addictive.... but there's something that feels good after mile 3...

Think many teachers would agree with you that we become, without realising it, laymen psychologists. The amount of analysis that can go on in staffrooms about the health and wellbeing of certain children can be quite profound. And certainly in the school i've been teaching in, even if staff don't claim not to know jot about psychology, they are often acutely perceptive to the needs of the child and whether, for example, outside agencies have to be called.

Have a great day everyone.
