Sitting up in bed like Queen Muck for the second day in a row looking at the rain out there and trying to self negotiate another lazy day. Better get out there though or I'll be cranky when I go back to work.

Discovered that one of my main meal ingredients - Medjool Dates - is one of the highest fructose foods there is. Almost as high as table sugar. I wondered why I was plateauing in my weight loss efforts. I've been cheerfully necking them for months. Consequently I spent last night in a strop about it, which will solve everything. I'm joining Molly as a card carrying Grumpy, so now I've declared myself.
I'd love to do a cookery class like that [MENTION=22365]rus[/MENTION]top. A sugar free food cooking course actually.
Honestly, what causes a young woman with everything in front of her to do something like that? She just must not have been able to see another way. Very very sad.
