I absolutely love Thai food too. It is my all time favourite. Then comes Greek and then Japanese.

I thought Flip was a chef? What up Flip?

AFM she has a problem with pathologically lying. But don't tell her I said so.

I learnt to cook Aussie food, and all based on meat. I have plenty of cookbooks, but I want recipes of things that really work and really taste good. No point going through thousands of books trying to fine one thing that really pushes your buttons.

I made the Asian Slaw last night - it was FABULOUS!!

I even cooked some brown rice and mixed a bit in on the plate and it was delish!
It always seems impossible until it's done....

Flip has reformed. I am so glad. She has the blessing of the pope.

Oh maybe her lack in judgment is from the garlic fart!

I'm also a pesci-vegetarian. I've never been a heavy meat eater, but I've been a heavy animal products consumer in that I have eaten a lot of desserts and candy loaded with animal products. I started out on the 21-day cleanse - as seen on Oprah, which is a vegan diet. Then, after that I added shrimp, crabmeat and fish. No dairy - only soy- and tofu-based milk, ice cream and butter. Someone from Canada told me about Ghee butter and Pareve, but I haven't been able to find it. I will look at Whole Foods by week's end. Sorry to go off on a tangent. I'm knew with so much of a testimony.
