nearly blew it today
thanks. i have to say it was a really big urge and it came out of nowhere. ive had a few things since being AF (20 days today..yippee) which i knew would be triggers for drinking so i was ready for them and had my suit of armour on. as this came outa the blue i wasnt prepared. i think thats why i nearly caved in. i guess i will just have to keep the armour on all the time.. well at least the helmet. feeling great and positive today.... looking over my shoulder for the evil beast x
