Thank you very much for pointing that out. I have several reactions/reflections but you'll have to bear with. I'm at salon as I write, going blonde! Wool wool. Lol. I had a nelly furtado/mwo thing fir weeks! She will forever have a place in my heart as part if my journey to freedom.

Me, too! I've really got no idea. I DO know that there are pesky discolored threads in there that make one look much older than one needs to look. The garden quote in my sig is a reflection of that place, too. I was so incredibly grateful for this place and the people here. I couldn't believe my luck, that I found people who got it and who would help me. It makes me tear up a bit. The song fills me with melancholia. Which has the same affect as say, malaria, in terms of being productive. I don't have time for that today! :H

i noticed that 'wool wool' and thought maybe it was the influence of all the rap you've been listnening to. am listening to that nelly song now, ne. i can see why it'd be hard to hear, given your history with it.

ok, so bladder cancer. my mom's bf had it. he smoked a lot for a long time. he also worked on a nuclear submarine, so god only knows what that did to him. great guy. doing fine now. mom's lucky and she says so all the time.

btw, i'm headed up to see her in vt tomorrow. my bro and sis will be there too. nice. i'll be bringing bushells of vegetables.

and malaria, my cousin had/has that. (i guess it stays in you forever, much like many of those horrid diseases). she has worked much in cameroon and south africa. darn her for that ambitious life she lives!

i cut my own hair yesterday. won't ever have to fire rudy. though once, when drunk and stoned, i thought it would be brilliant to cut three inches off my long locks. i can still see my cock-eyed face in the mirror, as i held my tresses high and snip snipped. now THAT was a long hangover! good news is, i wasn't drunk yesterday during my trim. and my tresses have grown back to their lovely long length, and are softer now than EVER before, thanks to my water that is no longer full of minerals and tastes 'perfect', as my son described it.

wow, ne, i'm so tickled that you've gone and posted without capitals. is it easier for you? or does it take more effort to ignore the shift key? these are very important questions!

EFFORT. Honestly, if it wasn't so rude, and it didn't make me seem angry and antagonistic I think I'd use 'em all the time!

Every single post that I wrote that didn't have capitals was only because I went bac(k) and edited them out. Seriously. My pinkies do their thing without thinking.

Turns out that 50% or more of bladder cancer cases are a direct result of smoking and it outranks breast cancer for number of people affected! Number 5, I think? Can't remember now.
