- yoga lol

.

I really love weight loss I was able to achieve with it, but most benefits that I appreciate are related to my mind. I became a lot more focused, and my memory is a lot better, and I think overall yoga continuously helps me to be a better person. It teaches me patience (that I don't have) and ability to "let go". Yoga is great for stress relief as well. One big misconception about yoga is that the person must be flexible and limber to practice yoga. Not at all. In contrary, yoga can help many medical conditions and help you to be more flexible if you want. Due to the low impact of yoga practice it is available to all ages. Because yoga provides so mind/body benefits I believe it is a great thing yo get to for person recovering from AL. Namaste!
