Evening ladies,
j-vo I like Soberistas too and all the info there but have not coughed up the membership yet. Keep in touch and we have to do whatever it takes to stay the course.
Cool night here 63 and I put on long pants, long sleeve shirt and fuzzy slippers....good grief what happened to fall...guess it was just to dramatic a change too fast.
Going to a bridal shower tomorrow. Should be fun. Older group. My former trainer is in her 40's and this is her first marriage so I am really happy for her.
In for the evening and trying to stay warm.

Shower was fun. Only played one game and it was kind of fun..they had food and wine but I drank the cucumber water and it was tasty. Sat with the gals I used to work out with so it was good catching up.
Staying in for the evening. It is 66 here so I am enjoying the weather.

Old habits die hard, don't they, Nar? We've got to have plans in place that are so iron-clad that we don't have to even think to put them into action. That stupid alcoholic voice is just waiting to pounce and do our ordering for us when we least expect it .

Dottie and Jane, you're both sounding so good - just off living normal lives with their good and bad parts without all the extra drama that drinking seems to almost inevitably bring us.

It is nice to see a post from each of you, Happy and Ginger! Threads ebb and flow naturally but I would be sad to see this one fade away because it has been a really good one for several people to get this job done. I hope anyone who is determined to get AL out for good feels free to join in.

Evening ladies,
Had a busy day. Church then the train club meeting. It was just across the state line and we got lost wehn the GPS just couldnt understand what I was saying and I tried to type it in and no luck there either. I would have used the map thingy on my phone but the battery died on that..I just love technology....NOT!!
NS it is good to not be sidetracked any more but I have to admit I do think about it from time to time....particularly when dh gets on my last nerve. I need more ME time. This 24X7 with him is really getting old. Going to map out some things for ME to do alone.
