      Hello you crazy ladies,

      Im on quick home break from work... Thought I would post what I have ate so far today (sorry if boring)

      I had 2 hard boiled eggs/ 1 slice bacon

      Lunch 5 Shrimp with cocktail sauce.

      Dinner is going to be Thai spicey Chicken with some fruit

      Doing good so far today!! Loads better than yesterday! How you all doing???

        That sounds yummy! I am still working up to going for a walk. Had a snack of lettuce wrapped in honey roast ham to try and motivate me...I better go soon as it's nearly 9pm here.

          I've had muesli sultanas an mild (low fat)
          2 slices brown bread half banana
          another 2 slices brown bread half banana
          a apple
          2 mandarins
          Not really what I'm supposed to eat but I don't really eat a lot of meat and stuff
          oh and 3 silvermints

                      Nowt, have a sick tummy...well I think I have, well I am not sure, I chugged down my ALLONE in an Actimel, so not sure if it was that. My friend across the roads kids have a stomach bug and she was in my house today and I am terrified that I caught it as i have a phobia about stomach bugs and puking....due to having a really bad one a few months back.
                      So I dunno if I am thinking about that and makingmyself feel sick or whether I really am sick or whether it was the ALLONE.

                      Hope I am making sense.

                        You'd hardly be sick already from your woman, I'd say that'd take longer. Best go to bed with a bucket tho!
