      As I once said to a friend of mine Oney, adding a salad to a massive bar of Dairy Milk does not mean you didn't eat a massive bar of Dairy Milk. Go and stand in the corner and think about it!

        AAhh Oney - I knew it all sounded too healthy! Kimberoo - I didn't have any potato salad at all at all -KTAB causing trouble that's all that's about - sorry thought you were in America - yep crisps, King actally not tayto just found the empty packet in my bag 192 calories. Bet you had crisps as well Bandy, you're sounding too innocent!!

          Kimbo, take a look at this

          2 cups coffee with sweetners and low fat milk.
          2 Wheetabix with low fat milk.
          1 banana


          Boiled egg
          2 Sices of Wholemeal toast.


          Bruschetta with vine ripened tomatoes, red onion, peppers and spinich...


          NEVER EVER EVER would I normally eat this, my usual diet would be.

          No breakfast

          Hot dog and chips.

          More chips and curry sauce
          2 doughnuts (with icing)
          2 pks crisps.
          Diet Coke
          45 Haribo's
