        I'm 5'1" and 130. But it's solid... (especially between my ears!LOL!) You know they say muscle weighs a lot... mine sure does! No matter what, my weight seems to stay about the same, give or take 4 or 5 PMS lovely lbs ...
        The only thing worth stealing is a kiss...:flower: zwink:

              What is a stone???

              I just started Lexapro for depression/ anxiety and after two days on it, I have to force myself to eat and or drink anything. Havent even wanted wine! (or water, coffee, anything). My prob is the opposite for now, so could somebody throw me some white bread? I'm 5'6" and 111 lbs. To the fitness instructor, what is a healthy way to gain five (seriously) without eating trash? I hate white bread by the way. And bananas and sweets. What about protein shakes?

                        building you up

                        :jumpin: Hi Allie,

                        Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Here is the best way to build youself up, gain and put on some pounds. Protien shakes are great, but only if you are planning on putting on some muscle by lifting wieghts, which by the way is a great idea for anyone who wants to lose or add weight to thier body no matter what age you are. But if you do not plan to add more muscle (lean body mass) to your frame then I suggest adding meal replacemant shakes or bars in between your meals. Or lots of healthy snacks in between your meals. Keep track of what your eating and make sure your eating more that 1200 calories per day. I hope this helps. Keep trying and never give up/

                          hello - wow lots of weight post everywhere on different boards today which is spooky as I am really thinking about it today.
                          I'm 5'5' and weight 168 - i want to weight 137 by end of June - and be well o nway to it by beginning April as it's my birthday and am sick of seeing fat pics of me/not being abe to wear nice clothes/no beach photos ever !!

                          I was doing ww last year did very well lost 10 pounds, yo yoed pretty much after first 2 months of losing 1-3 pounds a week and put all back on in Nov/december.
                          have doen low carb,scarsdale, ww, and calorie counting.
                          To be honest am back with calorie counting - only times I've ever lost big sums of weight has been doing this and personally I feel ill on low carb and don't have energy to exercise (not very helpful!)
                          Planning 1400-1600 cals a day run x 30 mins 3 times a week and body pump and body combat or step once a week.
                          Anyone but especially TLK - can I get your views on that?How much should I expect to lose per week?

                                Ate nachos twice on sunday, went out to eat again monday. But still from not drinking I lost a pound down to 140.5 right now. Hoping to see 135 1bs in my future to.
