on my way to the gym. have not lost weght yet although cutting back on wine. it has only been a week though. but feeling much better!

me too! ok, just got weighed at the doctor's Wednesday and I'm.....oh dear....
211 pounds! good grief!, time to lose a few. Mind you I'm a guy and naturally stocky but that's just too big for me. I've actually lost about 12 lbs in the last couple months..not sure why. not drinking all those empty calories will definately be helping. Good work everyone!nosce te ipsum

I'm in too. I want to lose about 20lbs. I currently weigh 139 pounds. I've gained almost 20 pounds in the past three years. Yuk! Since I'm in a positive state of mind these days, it would be great time to start.
My goals:
1. Limit fastfood to once a week.
2. Limit soda to one a day.
3. AF 6 days of out 7 (at least)

Hi all
After my previous (pathetic) attempt to lose weight I actually gained 3lbs. (THE SCALES ARE GOING THE WRONG WAY!! - she says after a cheese sandwich).
I officially declare my weight as 11st and 10lbs and for my height - 5ft and 3inches I am overweight. I started to "diet" on Monday, but not doing so well. I have got my cousin wedding in July, so I am hoping to lose some weight before that. I was 8st 7lbs when I got married but I looked ill, so ideally I would like to be around 9 stone.
Will be posting my loss or gain next week on Monday. Good luck to you all.

lost 3 lbs since last wed. have been cutting down wine. however figured out even cutting in half was outragous amount of calories for week. will try to do more AF. I know the wine is the reason for 30 lb wgt gain in past 5 years. will attempt long bike ride today and wgts:sigh::new:
