okay because of this genius thread I'm going to try blowing some eggs. but first a question. My eggs expired 2 days ago. I'm not a stickler for details - but am I going to die?
an aside: I love to eat deviled eggs. Anyone's will do. But I do not eat OPES (other people's egg salad). I can't explain why, but it has always scared me (even before I heard of Le Frog et Bleu's 's special recipe for Louchey). I think something bad having to do with OPES happened to me when I was a kid.

report: I guess it kind of worked. It was hard to blow and there would be pieces of shell still stuck to the egg though. HOWEVER, I ended up peeling alot of them and it was shockingly easy compared to usual. Was it the baking soda?
Anyway, I still feel more educated than before
