Great here thank's Saph. Chillin, and looking forward to slowing down over the next 3 weeks orf, and coupled with returning to a 3 day working week, G-boy should be a happier, more refreshed fella.

I might go over to the holistic healing thread and let em in on some inside mail. i.e. A small dollop of Vegemite on ya pillow at night will really help you sleep. The yanks'll go for it for sure.....
