It's rather breezy here, but I'm going out for a walk cos the footy is suspended owing to rain. Feeling a bit down in the dumps at the moment cos of not being able to control my drinking and exercise sometimes helps lift my spirits.

Evening all it been raining heavy on and off all day so just been home doing some cleaning and on and off the internet. Have made a chicken curry for dinner so i'll just chill in front of tv and read for the evening. Sorry you'r bit down Reccie i have been there when my drinking gets out of control and low mood hits the day after. I hope you can manage to get back on track in time. Just out of coincidence, I sent her a message on FB this morning and she answered me right away. No baby yet and another scan next Tues. if the baby hasn't arrived by then. She said she was delighted at the news of Molly's new grandson. MWO babies and grandbabies. How special is that!! And so very special is the fact of the Mum's and Grandmum being sober.
