Off to have Peppers with anchovies,garlic and tomatoes al la Delia.
16 miles run today feeling so grateful to be 66 sober and making it this far --in spite of a life attempting to sabotage through Gin,Ciggies and Red wine.

Just realised tonight that i dont get to drink same amount of water when in work than at home and it may explain why i would get cravings on way home and woulda stopped in offie.

THIRST! - it still gets me later afternoon... and thing is I KNOW i should just drink some water... but i get bored of it cos I'm pretty good at drinking it any other time. But I just focus on me dinner and getting that made and scoffed and cravings vanquish
