Hello Cindi! Lovely as always to be in your neck of the woods! I got accused of bringing the rain with me ! We caught up on some sleep this morning and then went supermarket shopping - which is so incredibly different from supermarket shopping in NZ and Australia :H Haven't taken any photos yet but I will do so.

Arrived to find that my brother had been keeping some news from me - he arrived back in the US after attending our mothers funeral in January to find that his wife had left and cleaned out the house. They had been having problems for a while but I thought it was a shitty thing to do to him. He is trying to move on but finding it hard. So he has just sold their house and is going to rent until he gets his pension in 18 months time and then come back to NZ. I'm glad we are here and can help him sort a few things out

Dinner last night.. The avocado is a recipe that I swiped from a recipe book I was reading in DJ's last week by that bloke that Bridgey pooh (and I don't like)... the one who needs to run a comb through his hair or better still get a haircut. Marcel or Marco or Macro or something?


It's basically crabmeat in an avocado. I guess you could use prawns, chicken, bacon, anything.
