Keep it. It seems that being generous is part of her overall make up. You like her, therefore don't try and change something that she does, ie gives nice gifts to nice people that she likes. Easy peasy...stop overthinking everything...just beeee...

My thoughts are don't accept it. If you've asked us the question, then that might be an answer in itself. She sounds like a fab sheila nonetheless. But you have to be comfortable.

Morning from dark Alabama this Thursday in May,

Techie, I don't know how to respond about the watch. Like My Happy says, "Don't over think," perhaps, but I would, too. Gifts often come with little invisible strings attached? Not sure, though, and do not know the lady in question.

Rags, Our "new to us" car has a back up sensor which beeps if you are in reverse and there is something behind you. With seven grandkids who come over, I love that feature. You never know where the little rug rats are and all it would take is one time to jump in the car and not have checked behind.

Watched a River Monsters episode on bull sharks in Australian rivers. I enjoyed seeing your landscape. My daughter told me about this series and I am hooked, pun intended. We have bull sharks in our rivers, too, one report of one more than a thousand miles from the ocean.

Reckon all are about to hit the bed there. My day is just starting and I love this quiet time predawn where hubby is still abed and I get some me time. Gardening is my venture today. I bought a yellow tomato to container plant. I am putting it where a climbing rose was to go but the voles keep eating the roots. I am sticking the pot over that area and daring the little buggers to try to get to the tomato.

I knew I had more to say
A friend made a beautiful salad today with a product called Rice Plus. It's a mix of brown rice red and white basmati quinoa and a few other bits and bobs. She boiled up the grains, added some veges and a super yum dressing. It was the nicest salad I've had in ages.

I'll see if I can score the recipe online.
