Tawny - you don't miss a bloody thing do ya? Oscar just might have to come and live with you. Now it's a bit colder I let him stay in at night and he sleeps by my bed. During the night he gets up to have a stretch and a drink of water. When he comes back in he gives me a lick on the face which sounds cute, but. This morning I was still deep in slumber and he sloppy licked my face and blew out of his nose at the same time. I had to have a wash before I had a wash, if you get my drift. He does miss news of Olive!

I completely 'get' that Aspy. The knee jerk reaction to drink doesn't last forever, does it?

I'm thinking that Oscar has a far more exciting life than I do, at least at the momnet. Yep Nicey it will be a black stealth pj sort of a day I think.
At the moment I am pretty much paralysed in the most gorgeous patch of sun.

Just about to boil up some rice plus. Pretty sure my mate used orange juice in her dressing. Gorgeous.

Woke up early, did my stuff then went back to bed, how good is that?? just up with my porridge with chia...we are a fusking healthy bunch it seems. Aspy, thats great. Best birthday gift to yourself ever.

Recently I made quinoa porridge with chai, using almond milk and other stuff - gorgeously delish, and felt like I was having something really wicked. In fact, I'll be brewing up a pot of said dish tonight for early morning consumption. Yum for my tum!!!!

Happs - I just had to find out what your Kitchari was all about so I made some. Yummo. Only had basmati and red lentils in the house. Added red pepper and red onions, a bit of baby spinach, a bit of avo and a sprinkling of dried shallots and a drizzle or coriander yoghurt. Will I be quite clean now?

Wow! thats looks sensational. Lesson to plate up my food to look more appealing - I won't show the Lamp how good your's looks! I threw some shredded coconut into the mix once too, and my yoga teacher said she made a Thai inspired one.

Just closing down all the work emails...had enough for the day I think.
