Waiting to take the kids to a party. Been raining almost all day. Managed to cook out without thinking about beer too much. Rain let up just long enough...last night at the dance, an elderly gentleman got down on his knees and proposed to his partner. I thought they were already married, they are there every week. Was kinda weepy...Mr. G, glad you had a nice bday meal. Was that your bday meal??...Happs, hope your tum is ok....shrooms kinda look like lentils huh Frog? Or snails eyes......kids had to play in parade this morn, returning around lunch. Hungry of course, so we head out to eat. Saw a parent I don't care for in front of us, made sure she went a different direction before we turned into resterant...so we get in there and I sit down with another parent to eat and who shows up, and smelling not that great as usual. Sits down practically in my lap...say I..arent you sick?, she says yes, so I got up and sat elsewhere, saying I could not afford to get sick hahahahahaha

Nice touch with your practice pad and stick as prop in the pic Bird. Cute cat. The Crumpii unfortunately, were not edible on the night, but that didn't matter, as the company was grand, and the craic or craig (as we say in oz) was 98.

I'll try my joke here. Yesterday was International Star Wars Day. May the 4th.

So, had a lovely visit with Lovely Liver Lady's hubby and his brother who are hatching a dastardly plot to help me take Nigel to Vietnam for a re-visit before he pops his clogs. An interesting exercise in logistics, tactics and general initiative. We shall see.

I guess Missy & Mr.B are now winging their way toward the Big Apple. Lovely stuff.
