Evening all,

Speaking of tv shows, I just bumped into Michelle Bridges in the caf? at Brighton sea baths. She's still involved with biggest loser, with more shows on the way. I didn't know she does school talks with Shannon throughout the year. She told me she's flat out with her online fitness courses so BL might be taking a back seat in the future. So there's a bit of goss.

Went to Arabloodyrat to see the Onc but I'm pissed off with myself for not asking the difficult questions i.e. how long/what to expect next etc - but he prolly wouldn't have given me a realistic answer anyway. So, it's business as usual and I was stoked to see a mob of eight roo mums and their joeys grazing within 10' of the back door at dusk. Makes yer heart sing it does.

I wouldn't be too hard on yourself. It would be very difficult to ask those questions anyway let alone with Nigel sitting right there.
